Policies at Bibi Makeup

We currently require 3-5 days for processing orders.

Due to sanitation regulations, we operate on an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. The owner personally packs each item with care to ensure safe delivery. Each package is insured and can be signed for upon request for an additional fee. We guarantee our products at a high-quality standard, however in the event that the item is damaged in transit we are happy to make a replacement. If you have not received your item please contact USPS FIRST and get a claim number within 3 days so we can monitor the issue as well. Please make sure you are aware of this before your purchase and thank you for shopping with us!

ATTENTION:
Please make sure your address is correct. If we receive your item as "return to sender" you will need to pay the postage to have it sent back out.

In order to replace a damaged item, we require it to be sent back at the purchaser's cost. Once we receive the damaged item a new item will be sent out.

Wholesale orders:
Shipping is always included in the price. Wholesale orders are sent priority and must be signed for upon arrival.*Wholesale items are excluded from sales* if you use a coupon code your order will be refunded. Once placed orders are FINAL and will not be refunded. Please read each individual description on ship time and understand that with COVID-19 all ship times are slower than normal.
